where I have discovered after many many years that as long as

I stay home and do & eat & live a simple chemical free existence

I am resonably healthy.

Alas sometimes even I have to enter back into the smelly world.

My quilt block is about HOPE -

I find that dwelling on the positve is healthier and happier for me

rather than constantly feeling sorry for myself.

I have tried them both.
