Submit

• 1. Are your own. Whether it is a poem, a photo, a graphic.
• 2. Portray whatever you feel about your illness or how it has affected your life. 
• 3. Do not contain profanity or x-rated material.
• 4. Are sized to 600 pixels high by 800 pixels wide. 
• 5. Are in .jpg format and compressed to 150 kb or less. 
• 6. Include your name as copyright of your graphic.  You may also include a story, an email address or web page link if you like.  If you choose to include these, just email them with your image as part of the email message.   The image should be an attachment.
• 7.  If you are having problems with size, please feel free to email me through the email link below to ask, or to send an image that I can size for you.   I'll get back to you as soon as I am able.
